I had never had osteopathy before so wasn't sure what to expect. After one treatment I had my husband going as well! Thank you to Kara for helping me improve my mental and physical health. (January 2, 2022, 4:21 pm)My Osteopaths are my go to for any health concerns I have with my body. I always look forward to my treatments as I know it is truly a comfortable relaxing experience. The practitioners definitely have excellent knowledge about how the body works and I can count on feeling much better when I leave than when I arrived. Absolutely recommend Arbour Square Osteopathy.
