They are just the best hands down. 🙏💙🍄🍄
Its a good place to work with if one is interested working in a indoor farm. Considering the nature of work you may enrolled in different types of task but that it's really meaningful to learn new skills.
Additionally, both the owner are very supportive to employees and very flexible to offer leave and other support whenever required. The main advantage the company is growing very fast and good place to join if someone looking to make career in this field. The disadvantage some time you may be given to extra work than routine work but I am pretty sure in future that would be more regulated and normal as the company and number of employees grows.
