Amazing service, super friendly employees.
We called about 30 minutes before they closed and they said they would deliver next day. Next day comes, oil shows up at 9:30am! The driver was so friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend this company and we will be using them again!

The gentleman called me before he got here to make sure I was home, he arrived 5 minutes later. He was super polite and nice. Great costumer service! Lifesavers! I called my oil provider I've been with for almost 20 years and they couldn't deliver until Monday, 3 days without oil was not an option in this cold. After calling Dependable and telling them we were out, an hour and a half later it was being delivered! They are my new providers because of this sense of urgency they showed my family!

Having rented a home which was heated with furnace oil for 3 years, I searched for a company that had great customer service and the lowest price I could find. So happy to have found this company which offers not only a very low price per litre but also offers a discount of 3 cents per litre if you pay by e-transfer. With fuel prices going through the roof (March 2022) I am very happy to have found this company. Highly recommend it.
