The lake is probably a headwaters lake and gets bacteria by mid summer. However, canoing is good, trail around it is clean and well kept.

I feel safe there as there were few crimes noted there... also trail passes a slc9mmuniry sports stadium

Cute little beach..has trails ..splash pad.. playground..places to relax... enjoy your time here and relax.

Great little family section of lower Sackville, nice little beach well kept and clean, lots of well-kept equipment for the kids to play on swings and things and the wet and wild water park is great!

Wonderful trails for walking along First Lake. Well maintained, mostly level and relatively smooth. Views are lovely. Even saw fiddleheads.
