Re heat pump installation. This is our second experience with them and our install went marvellously.
One suggestion from a customer perspective: please persevere at calling back as the gentleman is not excellent at “getting back to you”. His wife, however, is.
Their follow up re problems is also excellent.

Excellent service and good response time given weather conditions. Offered some good suggestions and patiently answered my questions and concerns.

After struggling to get a hold of cunning on multiple occasions and trying to get a follow up, eventually Jason from cunning was out to replace the fan motor on our heat pump. He was professional and answered all our questions and even provided suggestions for future upgrades. Unfortunately because the previous owner of the home did not register the warranty, we were going to have to pay $480 to have a fan motor replaced. The fact that the customer has to warranty the part and not the company themselves that is selling the products is ridiculous. Cunning should be registering each of their installs and standing by their warranty. It is not up to me to stand by a product that someone else sells. I don't have to register the warranty when i buy a new car.. the dealership does it for me.

After speaking with Cunning about this, they agreed to cover the cost of the parts and i was only charged for the labour.

Rick was great to deal with, refreshingly honest, not trying to charge for anything extra. Highly recommended!
