Quality work with professional customer service
We discovered a serious carpenter ant problem when we started a deck renovation. Even though it wasn't covered by insurance my insurance company recommended Ed and the Team at James Proper Care.
I'm so glad they did. This team was fantastic!
They arrived almost immediately and figured out the extent of the problem and what would be required to fix it. They began work without delay and got everything taken care of so that the deck work was hardly delayed at all.
The owner, Ed, is a great guy who lives up to his word. I'd give them six stars if it was possible.
