Seven Lakes Community

We have never looked back on moving into the 7 Lakes community. The entire building experience from choosing our lot to the completion of our home was great👍👍! As well the neighbors are so.. welcoming 😄!

Seven Lakes is a wonderful place to live. The developer is outstanding, if you are thinking of building definitely consider this development. We could not be happier!! Wonderful people. We love living in Porters Lake and the Eastern Shore!

I have lived in this community for 3 years now, and absolutely love it! Best decision I have ever made. The building process was wonderful. The developer is so easy to work with, and they genuinely care about your happiness, and will go far out of their way to make sure the project is right for you.

The shared amenities are amazing, and so well kept by the condo board. Plus the neighbors are so nice. They made me and my family feel at home right away. They are so supportive, and the kind of people you know you can call on when you need help or advice.

It is the perfect development to raise a family. I highly recommend!
