Luis at Permor construction is the most reliable and transparent contractor and builder I ever dealt with. As I was getting a few quotes from several contractors and builders, Luis was the only one that never failed to impress — from the moment we met him to the moment he finished a job.
He provided an estimate with all the estimates for material costs and labour costs, and actually stayed within budget, but he also came under budget as one of the project could be completed using a different method.
I hired Luis several times and he was able to either do the job himself or coordinate it to be done. It was always done on time, within budget and with clear communications. He takes time to explain everything that needs to be done. Besides being a true professional, Luis is also a very pleasant person to deal with. I recommend Luis to everyone — contractors and builders are like dentists and car technicians — it’s hard to a find a great one, so if you find one you stick with them for life. Luis is that guy!
