I am out-of-province with a property that wasn't being heated - we had lost power and the thermostat and the heat pump stopped communicating. I called on a weekend and asked if anybody could help - nobody was available until at least January, so they could only take my information in case a spot opened up. BUT! The man on-call ended up calling me back and explained, step-by-step, how to reconnect our heat pump and thermostat. He did not have to do this at all, but he saved our heating system and probably also our home (since the pipes would freeze). Our house has heat again because of the kindness, professionalism, and genuinely helpful advice that the on-call technician provided. I think his name was Mark - I hope I am remembering correctly. Very professional company. I am so happy with my heat pump. Had it installed July 9th, ran the a/c continuously, my power bill went down, so much better than stand alone a/c, highly recommend this company. Now that the cold season is here, I find my house much warmer with the heat pump and no other source of heat.

I wanted a new install of a Mitsubishi heat pump and received quotes from multiple vendors. Colgrove Air was the most knowledgeable and professional organization to reply.

They performed an onsite inspection prior to providing a written quote, and did exactly what they promised they would for exactly the price the quoted.

They also assisted with the paperwork required for the leasing through NS Power.

Had Ryan and Les in to install ducted heat pumps as well as an air exchange unit and they were great. Very professional, fast and knowledgable on the units. Answered all of our questions and price was reasonable. Were satified with the service and would definitely recomend.
