Enlisting my dog for training with Chelsea was the best decision I ever made for my dog. Her behaviour in general (and also in specific situations) has drastically improved. 10/10 best trainer!

Chelsea has worked with my dog for a couple of years now. She is Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I love how she uses positive reinforcement to improve behavioural problems. My dog is fearful of other dogs so I am always very cautious with who I leave him with. I trust Chelsea 100%!! She always does proper introductions with dogs which is so important and I know that she would never put dogs in a risky situation. She is also very informative and very good at updating/sending pictures when my dog is in her care. Whether it’s training or boarding I am always recommending Refined Canines!!

Tessa has been with Chelsea off and on for over 6 years. We first brought this “big black dog” to Chelsea for training as a pup. The early training we had helped us have a million wonderful experiences with Tessa. Tessa now goes to daycare with Chelsea 3 days a week. Daycare with Chelsea is a wonderful blend of constant training, activities and play. We love Chelsea!

Chelsea is a natural trainer, she is patient and knowledgeable. She has helped us work through issues with our fearful and reactive pup through positive training techniques. She has provided us with the proper tools and advice to help our pup flourish. She makes sure you as a dog owner understands how to put the training into practice. She is always available to answer questions and our pup absolutely adores her! We can’t recommend her enough!
