Chris came and serviced our well water treatment system. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and informative and we feel confident that our filtration system is a) the right one for our super iron-rich water and b) doing its job. He gave us tons of advice as we’re from the UK so it’s all new to us! Really happy with the service - thank you!

The water shed was here today to service my water softener and calcite system. The representative was fast professional. He did a great job and paid close attention to details in the filtering system.

We had Ryan from The Water Shed come help us out when our water treatment system sprang a leak. He was informative, friendly, had great attention to detail and went above and beyond in helping us get aquatinted with our system as we recently moved to the home and we’re unfamiliar with the set up. We felt better knowing that not only our initial concern was rectified and fixed for a fair price but we now have the confidence and knowledge about our water system to be able to make informed decisions about upgrades and additions. The team at The Water Shed from booking to service all displayed a great level of professionalism and customer service and we know we will be continuing to choosing them for our water needs going forward.

I was having issues with the drain line on my water softener system so I gave The Water Shed a call. They responded almost immediately and had a technician to our house within a couple days. Chris diagnosed the problem and was able to install a new drain line, service our system, and test our water quality in under a couple hours. Fantastic service and communication throughout the process, as well as providing a few helpful tips along the way. (all at a reasonable price as well!) Highly recommended and will continue to consult for my water softener needs.

I highly recommend this company. The service response was outstanding from the first call. I had a well water quality issue, the receptionist Kayla went beyond the call of duty to search for the original well report, the water testing guys arrived early the next morning, their recommendations were clear and straightforward, and the installer arrived early and was done quickly, all with a great service oriented attitude. Although the lines are still clearing themselves, I saw results immediately and have high confidence on a great outcome.
