Every event that requires some form of repair or update as well as IT solutions for helping our processes run more efficiently, each is treated the same way. There are many IT companies that we have dealt with in the past and none compare to OfficePort in many areas. The first and most important strength is OfficePort’s ability to communicate effectively with all the employees and create the best solutions for each individual while maintaining all guidelines and protocols. Next to that, is the expediency and urgency at which all calls and emails are returned in a timeframe second to none, I’ve used this example in our own meetings. Lastly, and also very importantly, is the updated emails informing management and employees in real time, the status of the open file. This, added with the follow up helps with time management needed in our fast paced business and is truly appreciated.
