Chris is the guy who runs this operation and I'm very impressed. Prompt, friendly, and adaptable. When I asked about renting a trailer for a second time a few days after the first drop off, he told me he'd do his best to arrange this even though it would correspond with the first day of his summer vacation. Wow, that's customer service and customer care.
