First yoga class for about a month. New instructor. Great experience, and I will keep coming back. The instructor was gentle understanding and gave good instruction.
This was a very delightful class full of deep and relaxing stretches - Stephanie is a great teacher and is very capable in guiding you in your practice
Amazing class, gives me my independence. Stephanie is a kind, caring yoga teacher and I look forward to class weekly. I would recommend the class to anyone.
