But beyond the extreme physical is the simple day to day - mood, headaches, neck pain (from too much computer time), sleep and my digestion is aided by chiropractic! Elmsdale Chiropractic is fun, supportive and real people aiming for their best. Two great doctors with big hearts wanting to help other real people.

(February 5, 2018, 6:20 pm)Chris and Shannon are two very enthusiastic and knowledgeable chiropractors. I had my back go out on me so badly I couldn't sit up straight. I was in terrible pain and after the first session, I was able to walk out straight! After a few more sessions I no longer felt any discomfort. I continue to go to Elmsdale Community Chiropractic for maintenance care and contribute my improved quality of life to their excellent service they have continued to provide me!
I believe in the positive effects of chiropractic care and have all three of my children go for sessions as well. We have noticed we are barely ever sick! This is just one of the many benefits of seeing a chiropractor.
Their staff are very efficient and friendly. Jo and Sherilee always greet us warmly and make me feel very welcome. -

(November 1, 2017, 10:21 pm)We love the friendly atmosphere and wonderful service and care. Parker (15) and I have been going since February, it has made great changes in both of us. I sleep much better, migraines to a minimum, over all feeling much better. When Parker started the base of his skull and top of his vertebrae were almost touching after a few months of care the natural space has come back! Thank you both Dr. Shannon & Dr. Chris & your great staff for our continued care.
