I am a regular patron at Freemans Pharmacy. The variety of gift choices has always been unique and something for everyone. The prices are reasonable.
Most important is the service. I want to express the value of customer service with this staff is always superb. I want a special note to identify Kristen Smith as top notch pharmacist. She takes the time to speak with you about your prescriptions and answer any questions. It isn't just a question and answer situation, she truly cares about those she is taking care of. Recently I have had to visit the Pharmacy to just pick up a prescription. But the caring and the knowledge is what gives me comfort that I am in the right hands. Kristen took the time with me on the weekend, when it was busy, to share her knowledge, to be honest with what the out comes may be and what to watch for. She wrote on paper what procedure to follow and if I see that I need to be at a slower pace, all is well. She gave me the comfort that if I have questions, just call. And she was sincere in wanting to know how I am healing.
This is the normal for all of the staff, especially the pharmacists, at Freemans. But I want to give a shout out to Kristen, who speaks with such kindness and understanding and knowing that she really cares and wants healing to happen is such a comfort.
The staff are always in great spirits and ready and willing to assist you in whatever your needs may be - picking out make up, finding the correct card/gift for that important someone, and sharing the variety of gifts they offer. Their smiles, friendly disposition and most of all their sense of humour to bring smiles to your day make going to Freemans Pharmacy a delight. If you are not smiling going in, you will upon departure because customer service is excellent.

I cant believe how amazing they treated myself and my daughter, she had prescriptions and they were so knowledgeable and patient with the details, and questions I had were answered clear. I went to get a specific formula as well and they didnt have it in stock and ordered it just for my daughter and got it in the very next morning! I have never experienced this type of kindness in a pharmacy before! Wow, they made my vacation special

Great place - great selection of products - a bit of everything. Nice staff who are always willing to help.
