Glamping Off the Beaton Path

Wish we could give 6 stars! What a great place. The accommodations are amazing, views spectacular, washrooms clean and shower hot. We received the warmest welcome and lots of tips. We are already planning to stop here for longer next summer.

Best place to stay! Clean, all needs are met regarding kitchen supplies, camping chairs provided and firewood. Great spot for kids to play & paint rocks at the bottom of site. Fishing, biking, hiking near by. Dougie is a great host. Most of all the view is incredible, very special place.

Stayed here for a night before taking on the Cabot Trail and it was a great kickoff! Just a gorgeous view, and all the amenities were clean and well maintained. Had a nice campfire and watched the sunset.

Highly recommended! My sister and I stayed there, the forecast called for rain- Dougie was concerned that it would be cold and damp, he ( on his own) brought down extra blankets/comforters for us! The tent-cabins were dry and comfortable but the view and sunsets are breathtaking- able to see Margaree Island and visit Broad Cove brought back memorable times from our younger years :) Thank you Dougie/Angela for our wonderful stay!

Can't recommend this place enough! The setting and views are surreal and the "cabins" have everything you could need. It was incredible to wake up to an amazing view, walk through the field and see buffalo, and walk along a quiet dirt road with views of the ocean. I will be be back!
