Graham saved me when the septic system stopped working and overflowed. He was timely, reasonably priced, and gave me a great education about what I could do to avoid a similar problem in the future. He was recommended to me by others whom he helped.
Great service
I own a travel trailer which I placed on our property near St Peters during the summer for the last couple of years. I have a small tank I use to empty out my black water into. I estimated that I would need a clean out soon so I shopped around to find someone to do that service for me.
I called Scott's twice a couple days apart. Each time a lady answered and said the truck was out and she would have him return my call. He did not. I called a third time and the lady gave me his cell number. When I called that number, a voice recording said "don't bother leaving a message because I don't pick up me messages". WHAT???
However, I checked around to various businesses around Cape Breton and apparently he is the ONLY person to cover our area. So I called a fourth time. Low and behold, he answered. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He had me check to see if my tank was full and recommended that I postpone until next year. The good news is that he saved me a $200.00 bill this year.
