(June 13, 2022, 11:38 pm)I was on vacation in the area when my car started making a bad squealing sound. I brought it to the Ultramar in Inverness because it was the first service station I came to. Although I didn't have an appointment, the mechanic got the car looked at and repaired within 10 minutes and I was quickly on the road again. And for less than $50! This would have been the opportunity some service stations would have taken to gouge a visitor - someone they would not be likely to ever see again and for whom waiting for car repairs for hours would be a hardship.
Thank you for a great experience. I'm impressed with your honesty, integrity, and for how quickly you were able to determine what the problem was.
This is my 4th visit to the area and I always tell everyone at home how amazing the people of Cape Breton are Today proved it once again.
