The most honest, down-to-earth mechanic(s) you're ever going to find.

We had a problem with our car at the beginning of our trip to the cabot trail. Mr. Beaton and his team were very welcoming and helpful to us. They were able to fix the problem in less than 24 hours at more than a reasonable price. Trustworthy! Highly recommend!

These guys are the genuine article. Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to replace a tire for us so we could get home from vacation.

My muffler fell off just before a trip through the highlands! We made it to Judique and someone working at the Celtic Music Interpretive Centre gave a call to the mechanic at Beatons for us after hours on Sunday evening and he told us to come on down. We ended up not needing the mechanic and his nephew (I think) was able to do a quick repair for us so we could continue on our way. He was very helpful while juggling the gas pumps and other customers and did a great job considering our tight timing.

My car broke down in Dunvegan while I was starting out to drive the Cabot Trail and had to be towed to the garage. Although very busy, the owner/mechanic fit me in, ordered a new starter and had me back on the road the day after the holiday Monday. Wonderful service and a very fair price. I can’t praise DeEffer and his garage enough...
