Farmer's Family Diner

Absolute awesome local diner. The most reasonable prices I have seen outside of Halifax. $6.50 for a kids dinner plate with juice box and full size ice cream sandwich at the end. Adult meals are just amazing with healthy portions and absolutely delicious. Staff seem like family and are the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Paid less than $100 to feed ten of us. Left a healthy tip for this awesome local business! 🙂

Their Colossal Club is exactly that. We are big eaters, and my husband could only put away HALF of this platter.

When they bring you a to-go box before you start, you know there is plenty! Lol

Love coming here. The colossal club house is my favourite. You never leave hungry and get lots to eat for a low price. Home cooking at its best.

Only visited once but enjoyable experience. Clean and pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. They left a pitcher of ice water at the table which is a plus for me. The menu is a little limited (COVID side effect?) but from what they do have, the food is plentiful and delicious but not many cheaper menu items if that's what you're looking for. Bread is homemade and for sale by the uncut loaf.
