“Went through this company to have a ducted heat-pump installed in my house. The owner was great to deal with. I asked dozens of questions, requested 7 or 8 quotes for different options - which he gave great advice on and responded quickly. Specialists were sent in check all the details to make sure things would go well with prior to the install. In the end we have a great new system that has smart control, keeps every room in the house cool, and is very quiet. One of the bests parts though is that the final bill/invoice 100% matched the initial quote given. I've had bad experiences in this regard with other companies in the past that I pretty much expect some random mark-ups by the end - nothing like that with this company though - they even did a few extra things to insure smooth operation of the system they didn't charge for. The install guys were great, fast, and clean in the install. Would 100% recommend to anyone.”
