Great experience:) got my dog in right away and got her treatment when no other vet would

Dr d was the most awesome person me and my wife have ever delt with dealing with during the little time we had left with our dog BEAU...

Very compassionate and caring when we had to bring our dog in for end of life care. A very hard time but Dr Danielle and her helper Danielle were wonderful with my dog Sniper putting us all at ease. We know we couldn't ask more for our best friend. Thank you!

I have mixed emotions on this vet clinic. I was there to put my cat down after having her for 12 years. My appointment was for 11:50 am. I was told to call when I was in the parking lot, which I did 5 minutes prior to my appointment (11:45 am) and was told the tech will call me when ready. That call came at 12:05 pm. From there, I went into the clinic right into a room where I was told the vet will be there in a few minutes. Vet came in at 12:25 pm. Explained my cat situation, she checked her heart and felt her tummy and said it was her liver not functioning and agreed with me to put her down. She left the room, an employee came in to take my payment and left, and vet and a tech came in a gave my cat the injection. I left the clinic at 12;35 pm.

So, was I impressed with them being behind schedule and the wait time? Absolutely not. They knew what my appointment was for. It was stressful and very emotional enough going there to begin with.

In the end, it took the process 50 minutes and, for me, that was 50 minutes too long considering the process took less than 10 minutes.

As a positive, both the tech and vet were empathetic when dealing with them.

My rating is based on my emotions based on the service that was provided. Their tardiness and wait time was inexcusable under the circumstances.

Anyone who has had to put a pet down, know their emotions are running rampant, because their pet is family, some it's there child(ren).

Always great services. Been with them for 25 years. My fur babies always well looked after.
