I want to start off by saying their food is probably the best fast food you can get in the area. Always fresh and very tasty. Reason for the 3/5 stars is everytime we go there as a family through drive-thru, there are items missing from our order. This has happened 5 times now. Three of those times it was a main course which we had ordered for one of the kids and the other two were small items like dipping sauces or sides.
Not sure if this is being done on purpose or just being overlooked by the staff. But it is giving me second thoughts about ordering there again.

It is hard to rate this restaurant. Their prices are sometimes as much as double that of places like KFC but the taste of the food is better than most other fast food chains. Some of their staff are amazing and others are jaded and unfriendly. Order accuracy is always great. Ultimately, I rarely eat here since I can get better sit down restaurant food for the same price. 4 stars if you want fast good food when money is no object.
