Who can mortgage an island? I found a piece of paradise that I wanted to purchase, but it turns out bare land is hard to mortgage.......and it is an island no less. I met with Ernie and came up with a plan to make the dream a reality. Now I have my island hide away! It was so easy and quick! I had not used a mortgage broker until I met Ernie, and now I tell everyone that will listen that this is the only way to get a mortgage. I've become somewhat of an evangelist

I honestly cannot say enough good about this guy. In the past, when I needed a mortgage I would go to a bank and bite my nails waiting for them to tell me if they would let me have their money. Ernie flipped that all around and did all the work for me. Not only did he do the work but he brought me several offers from lenders and counseled me on what the best plan for me was. I saved a lot of money thanks to his advice.

When it was time for me to purchase a second property for my sons to live in while attending university I didn't hesitate to call Ernie. He had a mortgage for me in days and guided me all the way through the process.
