Friendly and professional. Only went in for nail clipping - the lady was very nice and comforting to my pup and it went very smoothly. I haven't tried the dog-daycare service yet, but likely will!

Update: Have now tried their doggy-daycare service and my pup loves it!

My dog has been a client for 4 years. She is beautifully groomed every time. They staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Amy for helping me be a better dog maintainer.

My 2 year old German shepherd has been going to daycare for the past few weeks. I was worried about sending him in care as he is with me 24/7 as I work from home. I was given a tour before bringing him which really eased my mind. I was so impressed with how clean the dogs play areas and "kennels" were. I say "kennels" because they are really like pony stalls which is great to have them so large. Dogs have separate play areas by size if they need to be separated. Cameras inside the store allow you to observe your dog in play. Staff is always so friendly to my pup, my child and myself. Its nice to go on with my day knowing I don't have to worry about my boy having a good, safe day.
