Top notch! Andre and his crew saved my hide and my car when I was stuck with a severely crippled vehicle. The car, suddenly, started dripping antifreeze at an alarming rate. The first garage that I pulled into turned me away - telling me that they were booked for a week straight and they didn't like to work on Volkswagens! The Other Guys were the next closest. They were, also, booked to the eyeballs but they told me to leave it with them and that they would look at it as soon as they could. It was all fixed up and ready to go the next day! They were kind, understanding, very helpful and, definitely, willing to go the extra mile even at a time when they were under the gun. They have become my go-to garage after just one visit! I'm so glad to have found them.
