    Was feeling in a "support local" mood at the liquor store and got the 5 fathom rum.
    Not only is it a good local choice, it's an amazing rum overall.
    Basically it's the best integration of a molasses flavor in any rum I have ever had.
    Had it on the rocks and let the ice melt slightly, no bite, all flavor.
    What a great find!
    The bottle and cork is a unique touch too.

    My son got me to try the 5 Fathom Rum and now I’m hooked. Smooth and tasteful...now one of my favourites. Have convinced others of the taste as well. Just received my latest order of 4 bottles. Thanks Barrelling Tide.

    Met one of the owners today at the distillery and had a great time! Very passionate about what they do and how they make their award winning spirits! Hope to be back to the valley again soon!

    Very quaint but awesome distillery in Port Williams. We stopped on our way out of Wolfville for the weekend and the host was knowledgable and helpful answering all questions we had. I'm not a huge fan of dark rum (prefer light) but their 5 Fathom Dark Rum was delicious. Definitely make a stop here if you're the area.
