Called wondering about the application process for a Desjardins card and was on the phone with Victoria, who was happy to explain the process over the phone. Very pleasant with customers and wonderful at answering all my questions. Great place to shop

I had a great experience at the new store with the customer service supervisor. I was having warranty issues with my dryer and she helped get everything resolved and my new dryer is coming next week. Although I haven’t been able to get into the store because of lockdown I will be stopping in the Thank Cindy and to look at a new bed!

My husband and I are purchasing furniture for our new home. We have spoken to Cindy at the Customer Service Desk about our options for financing before making our big purchase. Great service, professional and friendly. We will definitely be making our purchases through Leon's Coldbrook.

We had a great experience from this store. Everyone who we dealt with was courteous and professional. Our appliances and sofa bed were delivered in a prompt, safe and friendly manner. When we required assistance with the sofa bed assembly, the store was quick to respond with assistance.. We would recommend this store!
