(October 28, 2020, 6:56 pm)There was this lovely man and woman who helped my brother and I with a watch my brother inherited from our father. The strap was leather so unfortunately Charm wasn't able to fix it - but the salesman still took a look at the watch and asked his coworker about it. A saleswoman (Leah I think her name was) didn't hesitate to suggest and direct us to a local leather worker that was able to fix it up for us. The wristwatch means A LOT to my little brother so the display of teamwork and local referral was extremely appreciated - Thank you guys so much! :)
