They have almost too many employees on hand to help you find anything and everything your heart desires as far as gaming is concerned. They are respectful and helpful, and the store is as clean as can be, because I know that matters also. 97/100 on the score from me just because I dont think anyone is perfect. But they're mighty close!

(September 11, 2020, 7:14 pm)Update: The manager, called me today to let me know this is not an acceptable practice in any of their stores, she is very sorry that this happened. We talked for a moment, came to an Excellent resolution, and I am happy with their efforts!
Bought a recycled controller from these guys today, and it was absolutely disgusting. They didn't clean it at all, even though we're in the pandemic. I usually buy all of my stuff at the Halifax store but they had no controllers in stock, and I've never received one that wasn't clean.
