Devlin at New Minas Telus was very helpful and he knew his job.
I am a Koodo customer, been with you for years the telephone is good, on line service needs looking into, guys please talking to a robot, or for hours trying to figure out your problem with other people, may work for some, you desperately need hands on service, when you call in to a mall speak to your opponent, they give you service (free) and you ask why people are switching. Please I like the phone, service ⏳is now time sensitive.
We came in to get new phones on our existing account with Koodo. Steven was really helpful and knowledgeable, was able to use our tab credit (which we didn't even knew we had) and set us up in a timely manner with our new phones. Koodo prices are the best, we have been shopping for months and they always come in first place for service and plans.
Nice little boutique with friendly, helpful staff who handle Telus business but are not so friendly or helpful with Koodo-related questions.
