I am staying here while my Mother is in the Hospital with Heart Failure. In the midst of a Pandemic they are able to accommodate me coming from outside the Province, and comply with the Health and Quarantine requirements. Greatly appreciated.

Wasn't a bad place to stay. Was there for work purposes for a couple of days. The staff was nice, and friendly. The room was cleaned properly the first day I was out. Including the floor being vaccumed. I had brought my own food with me to cook my own meals, and was given access to the staff kitchen which was a surprise. If I had to stay there again I would. It's just off the highway, and not far from the downtown area. If your looking for a nice place to stay while in New Minas this is a really good spot.

Stayed here during a golf trip to the valley in July of 2020. I must admit that my expectations weren’t very high, but I was pleasantly surprised when was greeted to check-in. The woman at the front desk was VERY polite and extremely pleasant. She did a fantastic job checking me in, while dealing with a tough customer on the phone at the same time. She was able to get my information between well timed holds for the phone customer, and I was really impressed with her ability to multi-task with such professionalism on each end.

When I got the the room, it was larger than I expected it to be, and it was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was a decent sized sitting area around the desk and chair.

The BBQ outside was a fantastic touch as well. It allowed us to have a home cooked steak after the round, and it was great to have that, while relaxing in the room.

All in all, I wasn’t expecting much, considering the price I paid, and we found a ton of value here. We’re already planning another gold trip in the fall, and will stay here again for sure.

Pleasant, professional staff. Accommodated my stay quickly, last minute. Clean rooms. Quiet floor. Pet friendly. A nice continental breakfast included with 24 hour coffee and tea available. Would definitely stay again.
