My fourteen old daughter saves money all year to make a big purchase while in the valley for the Gunn at this shop. This year she wasn't so happy with her choice upon returning to Halifax. With the product open and used and beyond the ten days for returns the owner went out of his way to ensure my daughter came back and got something that she loved. It was so heartwarming to see such personal service and values that you just don't get in big box stores.
