Marlene Myles from Ideal Septic Works responded immediately to my recent "SOS" call re my septic field. I had been told my septic field had failed and I would require a new one. She looked things over, offered some helpful suggestions, answered all my questions, assured me all was well with my field and was on her way. She is obviously knowledgable, works from a "we can treat the environment better" standpoint and knows of what she speaks.
