Very good saving, friendly staff. I go in about 1 1/2 years to have a refill, like the wine, very good price. Thanks guys

They are limited by a small space but have the basics as well as some fun kits to try. The reason that I give four stars is because they always seem to be out of stock on something that I came in, specifically, to buy. This time it was tannin, last time is was acid blend....These are all basic staples of home wine making and should never be out of stock. They're losing money by not stocking common items. They told me it would be a week or more before the tannin came in. Really? You are going to let that shelf sit empty for over a week and lose all of those sales? You can be sure that people will go down the road to Noble Grape in lieu of waiting for a week for something that they need. Management needs to watch their stock a little more closely. Other than that - the staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
