Dawn booked us in for showings the day, or the day after, the houses came on the market. Dawn was very responsive. I made offers above asking on several houses. I was outbid each time. After several failed attempts, Dawn gave me some advice about slightly increasing my budget, which at the time I really did NOT want to hear, but in retrospect it was absolutely the right call. Dawn has great perspective and experience. I now have a beautiful home in the neighbor I wanted. Thank you Dawn!
