Charles came to our home when he said he would. He was honestly and answered all of our questions. Because of other expenses we had when he visited we could not sign for it at that time. He held the price for us for 1 month and true to his word he showed up and confirmed our directions and showed up the next day. The installer was polite, courteous and worked hard at completing the job. When finished he asked if there was anything else he could do. I mentioned needing my window shutters down so they could be painted. He said no problem and did it for us. I felt comfortable with all aspects of their service and would highly recommend them to all looking for carefree gutters.

I called on a Friday and the sales rep was here the next day, on Canada Day long weekend. It was educational and not sale-zy. Product will keep us off a ladder and not worry about surprise water damage and repairs, and no paying for gutter cleaning. I would recommend this company
