Neal even helped me repair my industrial machine over the phone when I had a piece of needle jammed in the bobbin, explaining how to take it apart and fix it. Thank you!

(August 30, 2019, 2:03 am)I bought my Singer sewing machine in 1978. I can't do without it and Bridgewater Sewing Centre has kept my wonderful old machine running beautifully. I am very grateful to have a lovely machine that was built in the day when we could fix things, not dispose of them when they run into trouble. When it does have trouble, I am so pleased to know the folks at Bridgewater Sewing Centre will repair it so I can keep sewing!
