I went in to get a button on my wallet , I asked what I owed him he said no charge and merry Christmas , I tried to give him something but he wouldn’t except my money .

The owners are lovely. I took my sandles to have the straps fixed. The quality of her work is impressive. My shoes are there getting stretched. Fast and very reasonable prices!!
I went there for leather issues last year, and was treated as a valued customer. Can't remember being treated like that back in Ontario. I'll return to them in a week for an important job to be done. I love the history to the place. They are both great people.
