The market is pretty heated at the moment, and I was trying to purchase my first home in the area and being based in Toronto, I had to rely on Kristopher's expertise and advice. He was very professional and was quick to point out any areas that would need repair and a rough idea of what those repairs might cost. I know he was incredibly busy during my home search, but he was quick to respond to any questions or request for showings.
