Covey Island Boatworks

Two years ago my wife and I went to Lunenburg and walked here for two days. Everything you stop and see here is great including this place. The man working building these boats is a master at what he does and he was a great guy to talk with. He does it all right there and you can see it as it happens. He didn't charge us to enter and was simply a very nice guy with a great amount of talent and experience. If ever I go back I will be sure to pay this guy a lunch or something. "Last of a Breed" these folks are excellent. I called with a question of a used boat they built, and they took their valuable time to return my calls and emails promptly. They"educated" me as to the needs, construction, issues of the boat. "True Professionals" ! If they do this for me, I can't imagine anyone going wrong with choosing them to build their boat. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Thanks Al for your help.
