Hands down the best car rental experience. The staff (Dan) was friendly, and professional all 3 times I phoned to extend our rental. I chose the I click you pick option and drove off in a spotless Malibu. The location is easy to access. It actually was a pleasant experience.

I've had two experiences with this location and both have been great. The first was a brief rental while my car was in the shop and that was as smooth as can be; simple pick up, a nice car, friendly service.

My most recent experience was while returning home during the COVID pandemic. After driving a car from Toronto we had to self-quarantine and could not return the car to the rental service myself. Working with the representative over the phone was quick and easy; we sorted out that they would be able to pick up the car after it had sat for a couple days. This complication may be a rare occurrence, but I think it's a great example of how they're willing to work with the customer to get them what they need. We're very grateful!
