Upbeat yoga with Lisa in her awesome renovated barn-turned-studio is my favourite way to kick off the week! I always leave feeling rejuvenated and restored. Lisa's welcoming attitude and enthusiasm make her classes great for all skill levels - definitely check one out!

Lisa/HappyFit is awesome!! Lisa is a great instructor, always keeping classes fun, interesting & always challenging...plus she has the best music playlists! I love the cozy barn/studio for yoga & small group exercise classes, it's a great environment if you're looking for a more personal, friendly atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Lisa is a fantastic teacher. Her classes are laid back and very inclusive. The music is always great and the atmosphere is warm and inviting - smiles and the occasional LOL are the norm. You should definitely give this a go if you are a beginner or a yoga vet.

Lisa is amazing! I started going to one of her weekly yoga classes, she had such a great personality that I decided to join one of her small group fitness classes! If you're like me it's not easy to find an instructor that you feel comfortable with, but I was able to find that in Lisa! You can't go wrong-especially in her cozy barn studio!!

I have been going to Lisa for Yoga, Personal Training and Small Group sessions for over 2 years. She is excellent in each of these and they have each played a role in meeting my goals. In fact, they overlap significantly in that a lot of what I have learned in one is applicable to the other. Lisa keeps it fun and motivating all the time!
