They were so patient with us, and answered so many of our questions, and explained everything to us, never trying to push the sale upon us. The product speaks for itself! It was delivered to our home, and they stayed to help us set it up, teaching us how to use the products and chemicals. It was an easy process, and we couldn't be happier!!
