Speaking with Susan was so nice because she had a great way of personalizing the information so you could easily relate and use it in your financial life. She was kind and friendly so talking to her was comfortable. She was non-judgemental and made things easy to understand. I felt like there was no way out of my financial problems but after meeting with Patricia, she made me feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel and that there really is an opportunity for a fresh start.
