(October 14, 2018, 12:09 pm)I've both, lived in Paul's properties and worked for Paul. Top notch landlord. I've never seen the man hesitate to repair or replace any issues his tenants have. My neighbor said her hot water tank wasn't working properly, bam, brand new hot water tank installed 2 says later. A jolly, good natured man who you'll rarely see not smiling. If you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced place to live or operate your business from Paul's the man to see.
