When have you gone to a business , garage or other, for service and left feeling awed by the interactions you had with the people who work there? That was my experience today when I went to MacQuarrie Brothers. My problem was resolved quickly, correctly and I felt treated like a friend. These folks demonstrated to me how a people orientated business is run. I only wish some of the bigger companies and businesses were run the same as MacQuarrie Brothers. Thanks MB for a refreshing experience.

This is the gold standard when it comes to mechanics! I haven't taken my vehicls to anyone else for the last 13 years. And my previous truck was able to exceed 700,000 kilometers without any major problems. They are up front and honest about what repairs are needed know and which ones can wait. Friendly, honest mechanics with great facilities and staff. What more could you want?

I did call once for a quote and was told to get back to me but they didn't however I did go in and get some front end suspension work done and I was quoted a price when the job was done quickly and it was actually considerably under what was quoted. The last few times I went for service I got in very quickly compared to the weeks I would have to wait for appointment at the other places I've called the only reason they don't get 5 stars it's because they don't do tires so if I want to safety inspection and I need tires have to go somewhere else for tires and come back and finish the safety
