What a wonderful company: They responded very quickly to a potential problem with hoses running to our washer. They set up a time two days after our call and the technician came exactly on time. Jordan was courteous, professional and made every effort to mitigate any damage to the wall attachments and the paint. It was obvious TNB had sent someone skilled at plumbing services and they will be our first call should we have need for heating or plumbing service.

We recently had 2 heat pumps installed and we are so pleased with the results! It’s been a very positive experience dealing with TNB, from receiving the initial quotes and up to the installation process. I would definitely recommend them to others without hesitation.

Our shower tap stopped working and we had to shut our water off until we could get it fixed. TNB came the same day, were very professional and knowledgeable, and fixed everything by the next afternoon. The staff are super nice and easy to talk to and work with. I'd recommend TNB to anyone.

I cant say enough good about this service. Of all the various work I've had done in and around my house these 15 or so years, this was the best, from the office to speed of response and the friendly and informative epair person. Reasonable rate. Great.

TNB has done a lot of work for me at a few different properties from small toilet repairs and installations to plumbing new buildings. The quality of their work is excellent, they are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and get the jobs done properly. I really like the way they detail their bills as well. They explain what needs to be done and what they did. Nathan and Team are going places with the business having the many different disciplines on staff. Kudos to a job well done!
