Lovely beach and the water was oh so warm. Nice sandy beach. Charcoal pits to put hot coals from your BBQ make it a great place to picnic too. :)

Absolutely love this beach!
You just need to think and plan ahead before going. Definitely need to check the tide times and yes, the beach is a popular one. Hence, think and plan ahead for when to go. We went after a long weekend and it was perfect for my little toddlers.

Beautiful beach, particularly at low tide, and worth the walk to it. Dogs are leashed, kids are splashing... fun to be had. What more could you ask for?

Beautiful beach and the water is so warm! Short walk from parking area to the beach along the boardwalk. But if you are going there to swim, you MUST check the tide. It's only really swimmable at high tide, giving about a 4 hour window. Otherwise you'll be walking a Km out just for the water to be up to your knees. Noticed other beaches in the area were similar.

Beautiful, clean beach. Not too crowded. The park is well kept and has amenities on site.
